Returns & Exchanges

At Petromax, we are committed to ensuring your style is a perfect fit; if you are not completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
